A Beaconsfield dental patient presented with severe enamel erosion on almost all the teeth is his mouth.His occupation was wine testing in Tasmania. Most.Most of the enamel on the teeth surfaces were chemically eroded by strong acidity of the wine.The lesions look like cup lesions and were very sensitive to thermal stimulation.A thorough clinical and radiographic examination was conducted to eliminate any other cause of the disease.Once the diagnosis was confirmed as enamel acid erosion,the decision was made to modify the risk factor by advising him to change the acidic environment of his mouth.Home care products were prescribed to harden the enamel surfaces with calcium and phosphate and fluoride ions.When the risk factor controlled,a comprehensive restorative work began to get the teeth back to the normal aesthetic and function…
